- Karlo Jose R. Pineda, a UST Journalism alumnus, is always on a vigilant search for inspiring OFWs to feature in the Global Pinoy section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, where he moonlights as a contributor. Lo, who is an editor of automotive-related copy for an online marketing company, also writes for FHM Philippines. Meanwhile, he chases his illusions as a music writer in another realm, Pulse. ph, where he intermittently writes album reviews and other music-related features. Some of his poems have appeared in the Philippine(s) Graphic and Dapitan, the official literary folio of UST’s Faculty of Arts and Letters. He is also a major writer for the celebrity edition of the Go Negosyo book. He writes songs, too, and plays the drums. He thinks he's Justin Timberlake when he dances.
